Information Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes
• Regularly evaluate and enhance information security controls to address evolving business and threat landscapes
• Develop and deliver engaging security training sessions and phishing simulations tailored to current security challenges
• Lead ongoing information security training and awareness programs to strengthen organizational security culture
• Manage the day-to-day operations, from data protection to access controls
• Plan, coordinate and follow-up on risk activities and refine plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in information security or Cyber Security management
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, or CRISC
