Information Security Governance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Information Security team focused on Risk Management and Security Governance
• Drive the identification, assessment, prioritization, and treatment of information security risks
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programs including ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, 27018, and PCI DSS
• Define and maintain the Information Security governance framework, policies, and standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits and security assessments
• Define, monitor, and report security KPIs, KRIs, and program effectiveness metrics
• Drive the organization's security awareness and culture strategy through training and phishing simulations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security practices into business processes
• Ensure security requirements are incorporated into new products, services, and third-party relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Strong expertise in Information Security Risk Management
• Deep knowledge of Information Security Governance and Compliance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27018, and PCI DSS
• Strong communication skills to translate technical risks for executive audiences
• Proven track record managing audits and regulatory demands
• Experience designing and running security awareness programs
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor
• Experience in global or multicultural environments
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, COBIT, or SOX
• Knowledge of cloud security standards (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with awareness platforms like KnowBe4
• Experience using AI or Machine Learning to automate governance processes
