Information Security Director

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the corporate cybersecurity and information security strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS
• Drive the roadmap toward ISO/IEC 27001 certification
• Oversee vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery efforts related to information security
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and other applicable standards
• Advise executive leadership on cyber risk, data protection, and secure digital transformation
• Manage cybersecurity vendors, tools, and cross-functional security initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and develop the cybersecurity and information security team

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Technological Risk
• Proven experience leading corporate cybersecurity programs
• Strong background implementing ISMS frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS
• Expertise in incident response, risk management, and business continuity
• Experience in digital, e-commerce, or high-volume transactional environments
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and technology auditing
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in highly regulated or high-availability environments
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
