Information Security Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed gap analyses across technical, administrative, and physical controls
• Translate CMMC practices into actionable technical requirements for cross-functional teams
• Guide and validate the implementation of required controls aligned with NIST SP 800-171
• Support CUI scoping, asset inventory validation, and data flow mapping
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and standards
• Lead the creation and maintenance of compliance documentation including SSPs and POA&Ms
• Perform internal readiness assessments and mock audits to prepare for C3PAO assessment
• Conduct risk assessments and advise leadership on compliance risks and certification timelines
• Provide formal and ad-hoc cybersecurity compliance training to employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field
• Current cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCP, or CCA)
• Extensive experience with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, DoD, and ITAR requirements
• Proficiency with GRC platforms and compliance tracking tools
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10-20%
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal CCA or CCP training
