Information Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage technical security services and respond to incidents and requests
• Establish appropriate security standards and controls
• Manage, patch, and upgrade security technologies
• Direct the establishment and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Research and evaluate emerging cyber security threats
• Generate technical and non-technical reports for stakeholders
• Participate in a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule

Requirements

• Experience working in a managed service environment (ITIL driven)
• Experience managing Enterprise AV solutions with >3000 endpoints
• Proficiency with SIEM and Vulnerability Management
• Knowledge of Network Flow Management and reporting
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and security concepts
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Ability to convey security issues to non-technical audiences
• Right to live and work in ROI
• Ability to secure Garda vetting and pass BPSS
• Access to own transport

Preferred Qualifications

• Cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, GIAC, CISM, CRISC)
• Scripting experience
• Experience with Cyber Security Frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO, Cyber Essentials)
• Experience with internal or external audit programs
