Information Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and detect suspicious patterns or potential intrusions by analyzing events, system logs, and activities.
• Investigate security incidents to identify root causes and assess potential threats.
• Conduct audits of websites and web applications to identify vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
• Participate in the Incident Response team to detect, contain, and neutralize threats in real-time.
• Research emerging threats and provide actionable security recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related security role.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Solid understanding of security technologies including WAF and IPS.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and Active Directory.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud security.
• Entry-level security certifications.
• A strong passion for the cybersecurity field.
