About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and investigate potential threats and incidents
- Assist in identifying and assessing system and network vulnerabilities
- Support the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures
- Perform regular security audits and compliance checks
- Maintain and update security documentation and reports
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure security best practices are followed
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and security concepts
- Familiarity with security tools and frameworks such as firewalls, SIEM, or IDS/IPS
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+ or any other relevant cybersecurity certification
