Information Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information management (IM) practices across the Manila, Beijing, and Bangkok delegations and their sub-sites
• Develop and implement IM action plans in consultation with delegation management and the Regional Head of IM
• Ensure compliance with information and data security standards, including Data Protection Office (DPO) recommendations
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the management of the information life cycle based on needs analysis
• Act as the technical supervisor for (Executive) Assistants and IM Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and training
• Promote consistent IM guidelines, tools, and initiatives to strengthen organizational consistency
• Collaborate with other departments to identify information management risks and ensure standard application

Requirements

• University degree or specialized diploma in information management, information security, archival science, librarianship, or an equivalent qualification
• 10-12 years of confirmed practical information management experience
• Proven experience in leading a team and managing organizational change
• Experience working in an international environment or with an international organization
• Proficiency in IT Office and information management tools
• Excellent command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French, Spanish, or other additional languages
