Information, Communications and Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage a full-time OT/ICT support team comprising managerial and administrative personnel
• Assess current OT/ICT provisions and identify pathways for improvement using AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Automation
• Develop requirements and implement Predictive Maintenance systems to detect potential issues before disruptions occur
• Audit existing systems, hardware, and software to manage network risks, obsolescence, and spare parts availability
• Provide leadership in data management, migration, and user-acceptance procedures for new ICT systems
• Manage IT staff through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance appraisals
• Oversee annual budgets, preserve information security, and develop monthly management reports

Requirements

• Minimum of 25 years of relevant experience, with at least 12 years in a leading role
• At least 8 years of professional experience working in North America, Western Europe, or Australia
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Proven experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
• Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) development and implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and excellent verbal/written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Arabic is considered a significant asset
• Experience with advanced sensing technologies, GNSS, and remote sensing automation
