Information, Communications and Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage a full-time Operational Technology (OT) and ICT support team to deliver the scope of services.
• Assess current OT/ICT provisions and identify pathways for improvement using AI, Machine Learning, Cloud-based solutions, and automation.
• Develop requirements and implement predictive maintenance systems to detect potential issues before disruptions occur.
• Audit existing systems, hardware, and software to manage network risks, obsolescence, and spare parts availability.
• Provide leadership in data management, migration, and user-acceptance procedures for new ICT systems.
• Manage IT staff through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Oversee annual budgets, preserve information security, and develop monthly management reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 25 years of relevant experience, with at least 12 years in a leading role.
• At least 8 years of experience working in North America, Western Europe, or Australia.
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
• Extensive experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Arabic is considered a significant asset.
• Experience with large-scale O&M transformation programs and service delivery excellence.
