About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather data from various sources including monthly SLA reporting, raw data files, BI Dashboards, and transformation benefits
- Analyze SLA data and transformation benefits to identify patterns and insights
- Propose changes to SLA metrics and control transformation project benefit realization
- Generate and present reports on SLA performance and metrics such as CSAT and resource utilization
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Access, and Copilot
- Strong analytical ability to process complex data sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
