Information Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and management reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes for assigned operations.
• Act as the primary accounting support for South and Southwest Florida Aggregate operations.
• Support Regional Operations Managers and Plant Managers in maintaining financial controls, including P&L, inventory, and cost analysis.
• Lead semi-annual spare part inventory counts and calculate finished and raw material inventory variances.
• Prepare and review significant financial information for Division, Region, and Corporate management, including monthly closing and budget preparation.
• Support the Engineering department with project cost tracking, monthly reporting, and purchase requisitions.
• Coordinate with vendors and the procurement organization to manage purchase orders and check requests.

Requirements

• 1+ years of financial management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and PC-based applications.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Current knowledge of the conceptual framework underlying financial accounting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the building materials or industrial industry.
