Information Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary accounting support for South and Southwest Florida Aggregate operations.
• Manage financial and management reporting, including monthly closing, forecast updates, and budget preparation.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including leading semi-annual spare part counts and calculating material variances.
• Support the Engineering department with project cost tracking and purchase requisitions.
• Facilitate procurement activities by working with vendors and the internal procurement organization.
• Assist in operational benchmarking and monthly performance analysis.

Requirements

• 1+ years of financial management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and PC-based applications.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of the conceptual framework underlying financial accounting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
