Information Analysis and Statistics Specialist/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Design and generate statistical reports and analytical inputs to facilitate decision-making and identify deviations.
• Identify irregular data behaviors or inconsistencies to implement preventive or corrective actions.
• Generate budgets, forecasts, and projections to support strategic planning.
• Prepare regulatory and technical reporting for internal and external compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Drive the implementation, innovation, and automation of reporting processes within the department.
• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics/Administration.
• Intermediate English proficiency (approximately 60%).
• Proven experience in the Insurance or Financial sector.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Access, and Database Administration.
• Experience with statistical modeling, data projections, and trend analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Data Studio, Python, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Project Management and planning/control processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in specific insurance lines such as Life, GMM (Major Medical Expenses), Auto, or Property/Casualty.
• Experience with Reinsurance, Auditing, or Internal Control.
• Experience managing large databases and implementing data-related projects.
