Information Administrator

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage transactional activities in SAP, including inventory movements, master data updates, fixed assets, and leases.
• Maintain accurate operational data regarding production, inventory, energy, and materials.
• Monitor inventory balances and adjustments, supporting physical counts and reconciliations.
• Generate standard operational reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to company policies and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to support month-end processes and CAPEX tracking.
• Provide system and process training to plant personnel to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, heavy industry, or plant operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
