Infor M3 Functional Finance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary functional translator between the Finance team and Product/Tech departments
• Execute hands-on functional configurations within Infor M3 Finance modules, including accounting rules and parameter matrices
• Manage the setup and refinement of financial ledgers, AP, AR, asset management, and cost accounting
• Define functional specifications for reporting and analytics in collaboration with technical resources
• Ensure operational processes in supply chain modules trigger correct financial entries in the general ledger
• Provide advanced functional support to finance power users for reconciliation and month-end closing
• Author functional documentation, process maps, and training guides

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or advanced ERP Power User
• Strong functional proficiency in Infor M3, specifically within Finance core modules
• Hands-on ability to perform functional system changes and configure business logic within M3
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-entity consolidation
• Working knowledge of adjacent modules like Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory
• Proven track record of collaborating with third-party vendors and external consultants
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to bridge technical and financial concepts
