Influencer Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube based on brand fit and audience quality
• Manage outbound outreach, follow-ups, and communication with creators
• Negotiate basic deliverables and timelines with influencers
• Coordinate product seeding, track shipments, and confirm content delivery
• Monitor campaign progress and maintain internal trackers and platforms
• Review incoming content for alignment with creative briefs
• Support reporting by organizing content and capturing performance metrics

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of how to evaluate creator engagement and content relevance
• Deep knowledge of current social media platform trends and content formats
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Clear and professional communication skills for managing creator relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Tustin, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consumer product brands in cooking, kitchen, or lifestyle categories
• Familiarity with influencer management platforms such as Aspire, CreatorIQ, or Impact
• Basic understanding of affiliate or performance-driven influencer marketing
