Influencer & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement influencer marketing campaigns including research, booking, and handling
• Manage content coordination, project management, timing, costs, and quality control
• Organize and accompany shoots with influencers and content creators
• Lead community management and publishing on client social channels
• Provide client consulting, including offer calculation and concept presentation
• Create campaign analyses, client presentations, and reports with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop social media mechanics and creative concepts

Requirements

• Completed degree or relevant vocational training
• At least two years of professional experience in influencer or social media marketing
• Experience in client consulting within an agency or corporate environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Deep passion for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends
• Structured way of working and project management experience
• Fluency in German and English
