Responsibilities

• Source and surface ideal creators for campaigns using discovery tools and best practices
• Manage creator negotiation, contracting, and onboarding while managing deadlines and budgets
• Act as a subject matter expert for creators to ensure high-quality, brand-safe content
• Recommend ideal creator personas and strategies for new campaign opportunities
• Document best practices and improve team processes and efficiency
• Support new business initiatives by providing talent samples and rationale for client proposals
• Stay informed about industry trends to foster a creative work environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of digital marketing or account management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Currently located in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in relationship-building and stakeholder management
• Passion for the social media and creator industry
