Influencer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Relay's affiliate program, managing communications and tracking performance
• Support influencer managers with end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, trackers, and briefs
• Research and build prospective influencer lists across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and newsletters
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafts of briefs, outreach messages, and post-campaign summaries
• Review influencer content for formatting, brand fit, and FTC compliance
• Onboard smaller creator partners and manage their communications and content production
• Track platform changes, FTC updates, and emerging creator trends

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, or campaign coordination
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through and organizational skills
• Deep curiosity about the creator economy and emerging trends
• Excellent written communication skills for creator outreach and briefing
• Working fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate routine work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with affiliate platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, Tune, or Refersion
• Experience working with brands targeting small business owners or entrepreneurs
• Working knowledge of FTC compliance, usage rights, and creator brand safety
