Influencer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage, activate, and support innovative influencer marketing campaigns
• Define campaign control criteria, create look books, and deliver client presentations
• Identify opportunities on new platforms and proactively build relationships with new providers
• Develop creative methods to increase engagement and attract bloggers and internet influencers
• Predict potential campaign issues and alert management proactively
• Assist with new business launches
• Write clear and compelling case studies to improve future brand campaigns

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Social Relations, Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital and influencer marketing
• Deep knowledge of influencer strategy including briefing, selection, negotiation, execution, and reporting
• Proficiency in analysis and measurement tools such as CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Metricool, or Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of campaign KPIs including reach, engagement rate, CPM, CPA, and ROI
• Proven skills in budget management and rate negotiation
