Responsibilities

• Develop and lead influencer marketing and PR strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
• Identify, manage, and grow relationships with influencers, creators, media, and PR partners
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, contracting, content alignment, execution, and performance tracking
• Manage media relations, press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns
• Support product launches, events, and brand activations through influencer and PR initiatives
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and risk management across all communications
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and brand sentiment, providing actionable insights
• Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Brand Communications
• Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns and PR initiatives
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and ROI
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and media landscape
