Responsibilities
- Craft compelling influencer and creator campaigns in collaboration with brand teams
- Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance of the creator space to brand teams
- Bring fresh ideas for partnerships and out-of-the-box influencer executions
- Lead day-to-day execution of programs including briefing creators, influencer identification, and content approvals
- Manage campaign budgets and report on success using key influencer marketing metrics
- Collaborate across functions with PR and media teams
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a strategic influencer marketing capacity
- Experience leading negotiations with talent ranging from micro-influencers to celebrities
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from ideation through reporting
- Deep understanding of all social platforms and content formats (short-form, long-form, live-streams)
- Experience managing campaign budgets
- Strong understanding of online culture and social media trends
- Ability to navigate large organizations and cross-team collaboration
- Proficiency with tools used to mine insights and monitor performance
