Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling influencer and creator campaigns that breakthrough the noise
• Provide brand teams with in-depth knowledge and guidance of the creator space
• Bring fresh ideas for partnerships, creative executions, and out-of-the-box influencer strategies
• Collaborate across functions with PR and media teams to improve work quality
• Lead day-to-day execution including briefing creators, influencer identification, and content approvals
• Manage campaign budgets and report on success using key influencer marketing metrics

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a strategic influencer marketing capacity
• Experience incorporating creators into larger brand strategies and understanding brand foundations
• Proven track record of leading negotiations with talent ranging from micro-influencers to celebrities
• Deep understanding of online culture and social media platforms (short-form, long-form, live-streams)
• Experience managing the full campaign lifecycle from ideation through reporting
• Proficiency with tools used to mine insights and monitor performance
• Strong communication skills with experience navigating large organizations
• Experience managing campaign budgets
• Passion for food and food marketing
