Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Identify, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with influencers and agencies
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign ROI and KPIs to provide actionable insights for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer initiatives with paid media and PR
• Build long-term relationships to amplify brand voice in Lebanon, UAE, and new expansion markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital partnerships
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns with measurable results
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with influencer discovery tools, campaign tracking, and social analytics
• Deep understanding of social platforms and current content trends
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
