About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns across the UAE and KSA markets.
- Lead influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Oversee content timelines, posting schedules, and campaign deliverables.
- Use assessment tools to analyze engagement, authenticity, and audience demographics.
- Monitor campaign ROI and provide structured performance reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop campaign proposals and pitch influencer solutions to brands.
- Coordinate between creative and operational workflows to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience (agency or media background preferred).
- Deep familiarity with the GCC creator landscape.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across various verticals.
- Proficiency with influencer marketing and analytics tools.
- Strong skills in proposal development and pitching to brands.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
