Influencer Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Research and onboard relevant influencers across various categories to ensure alignment with brand objectives
• Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, from talent sourcing to content approvals and performance tracking
• Manage negotiations and contracting with influencers, agencies, and talent managers to finalize partnerships within budget
• Develop clear, structured briefs for creators to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
• Monitor and analyze influencer content performance to provide data-driven insights for campaign optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader brand campaigns

Requirements

• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, including micro, macro, and celebrity influencers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and contract negotiations is a plus
