About the role
Responsibilities
- Support identification, shortlisting, and coordination of KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Assist in influencer outreach, briefing, onboarding, and day-to-day communication
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approval processes
- Maintain influencer databases and track campaign status
- Support content review processes to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate feedback between internal teams and creators
- Assist in managing affiliate and creator partnerships
- Track performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and content output
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates
- Support campaign administration including contracts, product seeding, and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer/KOL Marketing or Social Media
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in content, creators, and social media trends
