Influencer Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and recruit creators to build a diverse community representing brand values
• Evaluate potential partners based on audience relevance, content quality, and brand alignment
• Manage the creator engagement program and maintain long-term relationships
• Brief and manage creators for campaign activations, product launches, and cultural moments
• Coordinate with creative and social teams to integrate influencer content into broader plans
• Track and report on campaign performance, community growth, and engagement metrics
• Partner with the brand team on influencer strategy and manage client feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management
• Proven track record managing creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Experience building ongoing creator communities or ambassador programs
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Understanding of influencer contracts, usage rights, and disclosure regulations
• Proficiency with influencer management tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Grin)
• Working proficiency with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or FMCG industries
• Additional languages for multi-market expansion
