Zeroharm Scences is a fast-growing, performance-driven D2C health & wellness brand where every marketing initiative is measured by revenue impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop influencer strategies aligned with revenue and CAC targets
- Track CPA, ROAS, AOV, and repeat purchase rates from influencer cohorts
- Source and manage creators to produce high-converting UGC for paid ads
- Build and scale an affiliate-driven influencer ecosystem
- Negotiate usage rights, licensing, and whitelisting rights
- Track performance using coupon codes, UTM links, and assisted conversions
- Build monthly dashboards showing revenue per influencer and ROI by campaign
- Collaborate with Performance, Creative, Brand, and Retention teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance-focused influencer marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue via influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and unit economics
- Experience building affiliate influencer programs
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health, wellness, nutraceuticals, or lifestyle D2C brands
- Existing influencer network in fitness or wellness categories
- Experience with UGC licensing and whitelisting
- Familiarity with influencer tracking and reporting tools
