Influence Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer plans across brands and support integrated brand activity
• Contribute to influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, and budgets
• Manage day-to-day influencer campaigns including identification, vetting, negotiation, and implementation
• Collaborate with media, PR, social, and digital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns
• Identify and nurture talent opportunities and client relationships
• Manage influencer posting to ensure regulatory compliance and high brand sentiment
• Maintain and update the influencer database
• Stay current with cultural and social trends

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in influencer marketing
• Experience working in a regulated category (e.g., beauty)
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
• Proven experience integrating digital and social media into campaign activity
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in culture-driving campaigns within beauty or lifestyle sectors
