About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead influencer plans across brands and support integrated brand activity
- Contribute to influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets
- Manage day-to-day running of influencer campaigns from identification and vetting to implementation and reporting
- Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships
- Maintain and build successful client relationships, selling in ideas and content solutions
- Manage influencer posting to ensure regulatory compliance and high brand sentiment
- Maintain and update the influencer database
- Stay up to date with cultural and social trends
Requirements
- Experience working in a regulated category such as beauty
- Experience in culture-driving campaigns in beauty or lifestyle (preferred)
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven experience integrating digital and social media into campaign activity
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in influencer marketing
