Responsibilities

• Counsel C-suite clients and shape their long-term influence agenda
• Architect holistic, transformative solutions for complex client challenges
• Source cutting-edge trends and innovations from the influencer marketing landscape
• Lead the creation of new influence strategies across entire client organizations
• Act as an idea originator and provocateur for groundbreaking influence campaigns
• Structure and lead large-scale winning pitches and C-suite presentations
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for influencer effectiveness
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of approximately 8 strategists

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the influencer marketing landscape and social culture
• Experience with both paid and earned influence strategies
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable creative insights
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive-level stakeholders
• Experience leading large-scale pitches and business development
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring strategy teams

• Evidence of past award-winning influencer or creative work
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and channel formats
