Infirmière Conseil en Prestation à Domicile

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-installation assessments and initial installations of medical devices at patient homes (Perfusion, Diabetes, Immunotherapy, etc.)
• Provide therapeutic education to patients and their caregivers regarding equipment use and treatment follow-up
• Ensure patient autonomy and adherence to treatment protocols, particularly during equipment transitions
• Coordinate care pathways by collaborating with private nurses (IDEL) and providing technical training when necessary
• Manage relationships with hospital teams and prescribers to ensure correct protocol execution
• Maintain fluid communication with internal logistics, coordination, and technical departments
• Write precise and complete follow-up reports (Comptes-Rendus) for medical prescribers
• Guarantee the correct application of therapeutic protocols regarding dosage, flow, and frequency

Requirements

• State Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier) is required
• Significant experience in a hospital setting or home healthcare, ideally with knowledge of Perfusion and Diabetes
• Valid driving license (Permis B) for frequent travel within the Île-de-France region
• Proficiency in office tools and patient tracking software
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and pedagogical abilities
• Interest in new healthcare technologies such as remote monitoring and connected devices
