Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans for home-based treatment
• Install and set up medical devices and associated equipment at patients' homes following quality and safety procedures
• Provide training to patients and their caregivers regarding treatment and device maintenance
• Collect necessary administrative information to maintain accurate patient files
• Collaborate on the management of medical-technical equipment stock
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to quality, hygiene, and safety policies
• Perform on-call duties according to the established schedule

Requirements

• State Diploma in Nursing (Diplôme d’état d’infirmier)
• Strong knowledge of LPPR (List of Reimbursable Products and Services) and GDPR (RGPD) regulations
• Expertise in medical devices and associated consumables, including the ability to advise prescribers and patients
• Proven ability to teach patients basic maintenance rules for medical devices
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and pedagogical abilities
