Infermiere domiciliare

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing assistance, including preventive, curative, palliative, and rehabilitative care to patients in their homes.
• Implement specific nursing interventions in line with the Individual Assistance Plan (PAI).
• Ensure therapeutic education for both the patient and their caregiver.
• Follow international guidelines and company-defined procedures to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage and correctly store medical materials and devices provided by the company.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and plan care objectives accordingly.
• Maintain accurate health and administrative documentation using computerized clinical records.
• Participate in team meetings organized by the Operations Center and health districts.

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing Sciences.
• Valid BLSD certificate.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with main software applications.
• Physical fitness suitable for the role.
• Must have a personal vehicle (automunito) for travel within the service area.
