Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures
- Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home
- Provide intervention in areas such as cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles
- Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines
- Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with infancy or early childhood
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates preferred
