Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures
• Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home
• Provide intervention in areas such as cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines
• Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with infancy or early childhood
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates preferred
