InEight Completions Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain project settings, workflows, and user permissions within InEight Completions
• Provide day-to-day technical support to field teams, engineers, QA/QC, and commissioning staff
• Maintain the InEight Document customization backlog and track progress of requests
• Create custom forms, inspection checklists, and commissioning templates using form designer tools
• Train new users and develop guidance materials such as manuals and quick-reference sheets
• Troubleshoot system issues, data errors, and integration problems in collaboration with IT
• Monitor inspection progress, punch items, and turnover documentation to ensure accuracy
• Maintain data integrity by reviewing entries and ensuring compliance with project standards

Requirements

• Experience with construction technology platforms, preferably InEight Completions or InEight Document
• Background in project controls, document control, or construction administration
• Understanding of construction workflows, QA/QC processes, or commissioning activities
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot system or data issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
