Industry Process Expert

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for financial services solutions, including custody, payments, and digital asset integration
• Develop standardized solution delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks for banking clients
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure solution designs are scalable and aligned with delivery capabilities
• Support client engagements through delivery oversight, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and architectural standards
• Provide hands-on technical support during complex implementations, particularly regarding core banking platform integrations
• Monitor delivery metrics and KPIs to provide regular reporting on project health and risks to leadership

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech
• 3+ years in delivery management, process ownership, or solutions architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of banking operations, including custody, treasury, or payment systems
• Familiarity with modern technology stacks, including AWS and API architectures
• Understanding of Swiss and European regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in Swiss German, German, and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies in enterprise contexts
• Experience with digital asset custody, tokenization, or cryptocurrency infrastructure
• Familiarity with the Avaloq core banking platform
• Technical proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience working with institutional clients such as banks or asset managers
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Certified Solutions Architect
