Industry Market Manager - Dairy & Eggs

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire a newly created Product Management team supporting Brenntag’s values and culture.
• Develop and execute overall division strategy in coordination with the Industry Market Manager (IMM) team.
• Supervise Product Managers in the selection, management, and development of vendors and categories.
• Co-develop annual food budgets (Volume/Sales/GM) based on growth plans in coordination with Sales and BDM teams.
• Manage team KPIs including working capital, inventory turns, and slow-moving stock.
• Support the execution of marketing plans and opportunity development with target suppliers.
• Provide leadership and close coordination with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and R&D.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in Functional Food distribution or specialty ingredients manufacturing.
• Proven experience in people management, including training, coaching, and supervising teams.
• Deep knowledge of Specialties and Functional Ingredients within the market.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends and information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Superior interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
