Responsibilities

• Drive Automotive revenue by developing strategic relationships with automotive OEMs and agency holding company units across the East Coast.
• Build and scale senior-level relationships with decision-makers at major agency networks (e.g., Omnicom, WPP) and OEM brand leads.
• Act as a trusted advisor to automotive marketers by unifying creative, data, and innovation.
• Develop and negotiate multi-million dollar Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and upfront commitments.
• Partner with internal teams including Teads Studio, Campaign Management, and Media Strategy to deliver measurable ROI.
• Represent Teads as an automotive subject matter expert at major industry events.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of digital media, ad tech, or advertising sales experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years dedicated specifically to the Automotive vertical.
• Established relationships within major automotive brands and/or large agency holding companies.
• Deep understanding of programmatic buying, high-impact video, CTV, and data/measurement strategies.
• Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas.
• Familiarity with automotive-specific measurement tools (e.g., Polk/S&P Global, J.D. Power) is highly preferred.
