Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Industrial business strategy to drive sustainable growth and market leadership
- Identify emerging market opportunities through strategic intelligence and competitive analysis
- Define and deliver short- and long-term business plans, including portfolio expansion and new service development
- Own financial and operational performance, monitoring KPIs and providing strategic insights to leadership
- Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth
- Optimize operational efficiency, resource allocation, and service delivery models
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams and subcontractors
- Champion a culture of safety, ethics, quality, and compliance
- Represent the Industrial business to strengthen market presence and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale operations
- Proven P&L leadership with accountability for revenue and profitability
- Strong commercial acumen and growth-oriented mindset
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations
- Experience within the Middle East region is highly preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
