Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial business strategy to drive sustainable growth and market leadership
• Identify emerging market opportunities through strategic intelligence and competitive analysis
• Define and deliver short- and long-term business plans, including portfolio expansion and new service development
• Own financial and operational performance, monitoring KPIs and providing strategic insights to leadership
• Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth
• Optimize operational efficiency, resource allocation, and service delivery models
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams and subcontractors
• Champion a culture of safety, ethics, quality, and compliance
• Represent the Industrial business to strengthen market presence and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale operations
• Proven P&L leadership with accountability for revenue and profitability
• Strong commercial acumen and growth-oriented mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations
• Experience within the Middle East region is highly preferred
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
