Responsibilities

• Take on a key first-hire role in the setup and commissioning of facility infrastructure for Fab One
• Contribute to the development of building automation (FMCS) systems, including commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting
• Oversee electrical works performed by external contractors to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution
• Diagnose faults in complex installations and control circuits
• Review and approve electrical documentation, including schematics and wiring diagrams
• Manage electrical compliance, inspections, and testing in coordination with authorities
• Oversee procurement and quality assurance of electrical materials
• Collaborate with facility managers, project engineers, and external contractors

Requirements

• Successfully completed Meister qualification in Electrical Engineering (Industriemeister or Master Electrician)
• Strong hands-on background in industrial or commercial electrical engineering
• Extensive experience in installation, maintenance, commissioning, or troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of relevant German standards and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring plans
• Structured and analytical approach to technical problem-solving
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial exposure to building automation (FMCS/BMS) or industrial controls
• Professional working proficiency in English
