Industriemechaniker/Schlosser (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the smooth operation of production machines and systems
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair orders to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Create technical documentation and work instructions to maintain clear process structures
• Perform error analyses and implement corrective measures to minimize production downtime
• Implement optimization measures to continuously increase the efficiency and performance of production equipment

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable technical qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of machines and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and initial experience with SAP
• Good command of both German and English
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Solution-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently within a team
