Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance and repair work on building technology and facilities
• Carry out regular maintenance tasks and inspect safety-relevant equipment
• Complete manual tasks, such as in the field of building and sanitary technology
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers during repair and maintenance assignments
• Manage general facility tasks to ensure premises are in perfect condition

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a manual profession (e.g., mechanic) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in trades, ideally in building and plant technology
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in maintenance
• Responsibility, flexibility, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German; English skills are desirable for technical documentation and international coordination
