Industriemechaniker

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability of production plants and machinery through regular maintenance
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Execute troubleshooting, functional testing, and measurements of manufactured parts
• Overhaul pumps and compressors
• Learn metalworking basics, including the use of tools, machines, and specialized welding techniques
• Operate turning and milling machines during specialized training courses
• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical production and technical departments

Requirements

• Interest in innovative technologies and mechanical systems
• Manual dexterity and a hands-on approach to technical tasks
• Strong foundational skills in mathematics and physics
• Middle school diploma (Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss) or Abitur
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate well with colleagues
• Commitment to developing sustainable and creative technical solutions
