Responsibilities

• Basic metal training (turning, milling, sawing, drilling, grinding, polishing)
• Performing repair and maintenance tasks
• Identifying causes of malfunctions
• Manufacturing and assembling device parts and assemblies
• Setting up machines and production systems
• Commissioning and functional testing

Requirements

• Very good secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss, Mittlerer Bildungsabschluss, or Berufsfachschule)
• Interest in mathematics and physics
• Interest in precision mechanics
• Enjoyment of highly accurate work
• Good manual skills
• Good spatial awareness
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
