Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-year vocational training program (Ausbildung) starting in September 2027
• Rotate through various departments including Procurement, Order Management, Shipping, Quality Management, and Import/Export Processes
• Gain experience in commercial departments such as Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Controlling, Production, and HR
• Work across multiple locations, including the Distribution Center in Langenhagen and the plant in Hannover-Linden
• Engage in practical learning environments and active projects like E-Scouts and trade fair appearances

Requirements

• Successful completion of Realschulabschluss or Abitur
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with others
• Mathematical aptitude and interest in economic contexts
• Reliable and diligent working style
• Interest in customer service and sales
