About the Company

Element Six is a world leader in the design, development, and production of synthetic diamond and hard metal supermaterials. As part of the De Beers Group, our production facilities are located in the UK, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, and the USA.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing: requesting offers, placing orders, checking delivery documents
• Sales: creating and sending offers, communicating with customers, processing customer orders
• Financial Accounting: recording and posting invoices
• Human Resources: recording absences, organizing seminars, assisting in recruitment
• Rotation through departments including Material Management, Work Preparation, and Occupational Health & Safety

Requirements

• Interest in economic processes and workflows
• Enjoyment of planning, administrative, and calculating activities
• Reliability and good communication skills
• Intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife), Fachabitur, or Abitur
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
