Responsibilities

• Rotate through various commercial departments including Purchasing, Sales, Production Planning, HR, Financial Accounting, and Occupational Health & Safety
• Purchasing: Requesting offers, placing orders, and checking delivery documents
• Sales: Creating and sending offers, communicating with customers, and processing orders
• Financial Accounting: Recording and posting invoices
• Human Resources: Recording absences, organizing seminars, and assisting in recruitment

Requirements

• Interest in economic processes and workflows
• Enjoyment of planning, administrative, and calculating tasks
• Reliability and good communication skills
• Enjoyment of interacting with people
• Secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife), Fachabitur, or Abitur
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
